Finding Inner Calm

Meditation is an ancient spiritual technique which enables you to discover true happiness for yourself.  We all want calmness and stability.  Once we learn to achieve calmness, we can transform our environment into a peaceful place.  We rediscover our sense of harmony.  We cultivate the inner wisdom eyes, which enables us to see the beauty all around us.  With calmness and wisdom, we become empowered to solve our own problems. We can transform ourselves and our perceptions, rather than expecting others to change or to solve our problems for us.

In this meditation class you will learn to focus your mind rather than silence it.  It is suitable for all levels of experience, from beginers to advanced.

Classes run weekly for 8 weeks on a Tuesday night 7pm - 8.30pm
